Purpose

Corporate Consulting connects students, faculty, and organizations around real business problems and enables people to apply for participation or discuss potential collaboration.

Information we collect

Our student application, organization inquiry, and sponsor inquiry forms collect the information you choose to provide, including contact details, interests, availability, organization details, and a non-confidential business problem summary. The forms are served directly by this website and submitted to our own systems — no third-party form platform is involved.

How information is used

Information is used only to respond to your inquiry, assess whether participation or a potential engagement is appropriate, and coordinate subsequent conversations. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, personally identifiable, or proprietary business information in an initial inquiry.

Where information is stored and processed

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for this site. Submitting a form also sends an internal notification email, delivered through Resend, to the Corporate Consulting inbox, and requires passing a Cloudflare Turnstile check to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare and Resend act only as infrastructure and communications processors for this purpose and do not use your information for their own marketing.

Sharing and retention

Your submission may be shared with participating faculty collaborators only where necessary to assess, scope, or support a potential project. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or as required by applicable policy.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, storing your selected display language (English, 中文, or Español) for up to one year so the site remembers your preference on your next visit. This site does not intentionally deploy advertising trackers. We will update this notice before adding any additional analytics practices.
